We hand-picked the finest grapes from the southern facing slope of our vineyard for our 2014 Cabernet Franc. Aged in new American Oak barrels for 9 months, this wine displays delicate, yet distinct, flavors of cherry and blackberry with soft tannins and a smooth finish. Our 2012 Cabernet Franc was hand-crafted with minimal intervention and is unfiltered to best preserve its natural character. Enjoy this wine with beef, lamb, and other roasted meats seasoned with herbs.
