Join Wendy Coleman Orovitz for a 45 minute, low impact calorie torching workout! You will use resistance bands, sliders, and light weights to define our glutes, arms and abs. This is a total body workout with Barre and Pilates inspiration. All equipment is provided however, you will want to bring a yoga mat and water. Beginners to intermediate. Cool down afterwards with a glass of wine.
