Parking Options

We are so pleased that you’ll be joining us for Centreville’s signature event – DrinkMaryland: Centreville – A Maryland Makers Festival. We want your stay to be fun and stress-free so we’ve created lots of parking options to get you to and from the festival as quickly as possible. All Shuttle Parking Lots and other Event Parking will be clearly marked.

Here is the link to the transportation map with both the shuttle parking lots and other all parking indicated. Simply enlarge the map and check out the various spots.

Shuttle Parking Lots (Lots of parking & 3-4 minutes from event!)
We will be running free shuttle transportation from two large parking lots from the two major entrances to Centreville (Route 213 and Route 304). The shuttle bus (a YMCA bus) will operate from approximately 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will do a loop route to both lots throughout the day. You will be dropped off at the Shuttle Stop across the street from the event in front of the Liberty Building (corner of Liberty Street & Broadway)

The shuttle lots are located at:
Queen Anne’s County High School, 125 Ruthburg Avenue/Route 304  (Centreville, MD 21617)Most of you will arrive there from Route 304 W via Route 301. You can access Route 304 from both directions of Route 301. The exit is marked Route 304/Ruthsburg/Centreville.Once you get on the exit ramp continue around the traffic circle heading to 304W. Continue to the second traffic circle and follow the signs for 304W. Once you reach the second roundabout you will be 1½ miles from the High School parking lot, which will be on your right, immediately past Centreville Middle School.

160 Coursevall Drive, inside the Centreville Business Park/Route 213 (Centreville, MD 21617) You can get here from both directions of Route 301 as well. Once you get off the exit you will continue straight for about 1.3 miles. Queenstown Bank is on the right hand side. You’ll see the Business Park sign as well as the Shuttle Parking Lot sign. Turn right onto Coursevall Drive, and turn right again into the second driveway. This is the parking lot for the administrative offices of Compass Regional Hospice, not where the actual Hospice service location.

Other Parking Lots

These other parking options are smaller lots, so they may fill quickly. Centreville has street parking and meter parking as well. Please be careful not to park in front of driveways. Remember you don’t need to feed the meters on Saturday.

Circuit Court Parking Garage (on Commerce Street)
If you are coming from Chestertown this will be an easy lot to access. Please note that Commerce Street is handling two-way traffic currently. Look for the brick parking garage on the right hand side of the road before you get to Broadway. Coming from the other direction, you’ll need to pass the event and make a left into the alley after Danny’s Garage.

Powell Street Parking Lot (under the Water Tower)
This is another lot most easily accessed coming up Liberty Street from Chestertown. Liberty Street is open only for local traffic. Signs will say “Road Closed/Local Traffic Only.” We are undergoing an infrastructure project so the road has a lot of character (it’s bumpy. Drive slowly.)  Make a right at the Everest Mart (on the corner of Liberty and Broadway) and make the first right onto Powell Street. This is a little alley after the Goodwill Fire Company. Drive toward the water tower. The parking lot is under the tower.

Queen Anne’s County Health Department Parking Lot (Off of Banjo Lane)
This parking is behind the actual Health Department Building, which is on Commerce Street. Access to the lot is from Water Street. Water Street runs in two directions and you would turn onto Banjo Lane.

Municipal Parking Lot (At the corner of Happy Lady Lane and Water Street)
This lot is also accessible from Water Street and is across the street from the Centreville Post Office (202 E Water St.)
