An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until August 29, 2019
Join yoga instructor, Caroline Jane for a 60 minute class.
30 minutes will be a full body flow
30 minutes will be gentle yoga to prepare you for savasana.
Once you have energized your body to power through the rest of the week, it will be time to celebrate with a glass of wine-YOU deserved it!

All Levels are welcome to this class.

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and your photo ID.

Join us at Running Hare Vineyard Wednesday nights from 630-830 pm for a running club. Whatever your goal or fitness level, being a member of our running club can help you achieve your cardio-respiratory fitness goals while providing beautiful scenery and a great social network in a supportive environment.
Our running club will offer a 3 mile, 4 mile, and 5 mile course so individual’s can challenge by choice and find success during training runs.
Benefits of joining the running club include:

*accessing information, advice, and training techniques from a coach
*connecting with others to motivate and inspire you to achieve health and fitness goals
*varied pacing so you don’t have to train alone
*increased safety in the event of injury, exercise-induced illness, or harm
This is a great opportunity to workout with others in a motivating and social environment. Post run will include a core circuit followed by a group stretch so a mat is recommended.
Pack a light dinner and enjoy a glass of wine while the sun sets over the vineyards! All are welcome to join!
About the Coach:
Caitlin Fregelette is a certified Physical Education teacher with a masters in Health Education. She is a certified group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with a passion for helping others achieve health and fitness goals. Caitlin ran track in high school as a sprinter and found a love for distance running in college. She’s coached high school Cross Country and Track and has competed in several races including 4 half-marathons and the Marine Corps Marathon where she qualified for Boston. When she’s not teaching at school or running fitness classes in the community, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog playing outside, traveling to the beach, and cooking healthy meals.
