Our 2021 Albariño is bright and refreshing - the perfect white wine for hot summer's day! This Spanish varietal is swirling with lovely floral, citrus, melon, and peach flavors with a touch of zesty acidity and mineral-driven backbone. We highly suggest pairing Albariño with your most coveted ceviche or fish taco dish.

Our 2020 Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for eight months. This medium-bodied Chardonnay shows a pop of tree blossom and yellow apple notes before transitioning into lovely aromas of citrus, stone and tropical fruits and a juicy palate that finishes with notes of mineral and citrus zest.

Our 2021 VGV is light-bodied and easy drinking with a fresh, delicate palate. The notes of lemon and lime are subtle yet crisp, swirling with acidity that is rounded out by the hint of lovely tree-fruit and floral aromas and flavors. The long and savory finish is balanced with just the right amount of mineral and pepper spice.

Blend: 50% Viognier, 50% Grüner Veltliner

Our 2021 Rosé is medium-bodied yet light, dry and crisp. The expressive aromas of juicy strawberries and melon are laced with a subtle hint of violet, transporting us to dream of the warm and sunny days ahead. The bold flavors of red fruit berries, white cherry, and hibiscus layer seamlessly with the lingering white spice finish, bringing you a rosé that is just as good from the first sip to the tenth!

Blend: 61% Syrah, 32% Merlot, 7% Malbec

Our 2020 Rolling Hills is filled with dark fruit flavors of cherry, cranberry, and plum as well as earthy notes that express the soil in our vineyard. This medium-bodied Bordeaux-style blend has a peppery finish and smooth tannins that keep you coming back for more.

Blend: 38% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet Franc, 17% Petit Verdot
