Enjoy a welcome craft cocktail by Blackwater Distilling, Crow Vineyard’s Sparkling and appetizers as you stroll through the vineyard with Vineyard Manager, Brandon Hoy, to see how the grapes are progressing. From there, you will experience a seasonal dish demo by celebrity chef – Chef Jerry Pellegrino, Co-owner Schola Cooking School, Baltimore, MD. Guest will then sit down to a 5-course meal in the Haybarn, crafted by Magnolia Caterers , and featuring Crow Farm Grass-fed Angus beef, seasonal-local ingredients and accompanied by live music. Finish the night off with dessert in the winery while Winemaker, Michael Zollo, takes you through the process of wine-making. Throughout the evening guests will be able to take part in a silent auction featuring items from wineries throughout Maryland. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Maryland Wineries Association.
