The Crossvines will be a dining and tourist destination, research vineyard, winery and custom crush facility, events venue, and learning hub. The Crossvines will support new business development avenues in the County’s Agricultural Reserve.
Located on the Montgomery County Revenue Authority property that also hosts the Poolesville Golf Course, The Crossvines will create economic opportunities and investment in agricultural tourism and the emerging wine-making industry in the County. It will strongly support new avenues for economic growth for properties in the County Agricultural Reserve.
