Vineyard Manager Wanted

Vineyard manager needed

We are looking for a manager to run a 10-acre vineyard in the Mt. Airy, Maryland area. The vineyard was planted four years ago and produced its second harvest in 2018. We are looking for someone to work and manage the vineyard, including developing a work plan with short- and long-term goals, implement the spray program for effective pest and disease management, supervise temporary workers as needed, and perform day-to-day tasks required for timely viticulture, among other tasks. With the right management, there is the potential to expand and grow the vineyard.

Salary commensurate with experience.
