Mead is possibly the oldest fermented beverage we humans have enjoyed. Mead does not require agriculture to be made and is therefore the most simple fermented beverage out there. What we strive to do is to bring mead out of the renaissance festivals and onto your table, to your tailgating, BBQ, summer and winter events.

A rich dry mead made with Orange Blossom honey and steeped in Passion Fruit puree. This gold mead is tart, refreshing, with intense aromas of grapefruit and pineapple

Dry Hopped Wildflower mead with a hazy golden color. This mead is aged with a blend of Simco, Citra and Mosaic hops.

Semi-Sweet mead with a golden-brown hue. Our traditional Orange Blossom mead is aged with Madagascar vanilla beans and medium toasted French and Hungarian oak.

Traditional Dry mead with a golden hue made with Wildflower honey has intense floral aromatics and a dry mouthfeel (if you like Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)
Alfalfa is a single varietal honey with a light color almost straw like. The aromas and flavors are very mild. This mead is towards the dry end of the sweetness scale (if you like Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)
