Vineyard Manager at Corteau Vineyards

Corteau Vineyards is currently seeking a full-time vineyard manager for our small established vineyard on about 8 acres. We are located in Southern Maryland about an hour away from Washington, DC. We have a proven track record of growing grapes for award winning wines and value the continuous improvement process.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine and agriculture to oversee our vineyard. Though we do have a small staff of part-time help, the majority of the work would be performed by the vineyard manager and the owners. The ability to work independently is a must. We value hard working individuals who see potential solutions rather than problems.

This is the ideal position for a new graduate or someone experienced in farming but new to grapes.
