Burrus Wine Consulting provides hands-on production consultation for viticulture and winemaking, and offers laboratory testing for chemical analyses of juice and wine. Jason Burrus has a MSc degree in Viticulture & Enology from the University of California, Davis as well as 21 years in hands-on production of grapes and wine that includes California, Europe, Virginia, and Maryland. Burrus Wine Consulting can provide development assistance to start-up wineries in addition to established producers.
