Join Abby, from Boards By Bishop, for a charcuterie workshop and wine pairing! Each participant will receive a 10×10 inch disposable board; including three cheeses, two meats, and a variety of accompaniments. Abby will then take you step-by-step through the charcuterie building process. As you artfully arrange your board, each cheese, meat, and sweet/savory accompaniment will be paired with a Harford Vineyard wine sample. By the end of the night, you will have a beautiful charcuterie board to take home and will have tasted six Harford Vineyard wines. Your board can then be wrapped up and serves 2-4 people.
