Big Cork Vineyards has bulk Vidal Blanc wine that can be finished to your liking, from dry to semi-dry to sweet. It could also be blended into a Rose. We cold and heat stabilize, plus filter to .45 micron for you to pick up and be ready to bottle. Available now through April ‘2023.

Dave-We might like some for distilling into brandy. Cost per barrel with minimal intervention?
