We are looking for a manager to run a 10-acre vineyard in the Mt. Airy, Maryland area. The vineyard was planted seven years ago. We are looking for someone to work and manage the vineyard, including developing a workplan with short- and long-term goals, implementing the spray program for effective pest and disease management, supervising temporary workers as needed, and performing day-to-day tasks required for timely viticulture, among other tasks. With the right management, there is the potential to expand and grow the vineyard.
Salary commensurate with experience.
