Maryland Wine Celebrates Maryland Wine Month with Annapolis Green
Following a nearly two-year hiatus, Annapolis Green made a splash on Thursday, March 24 welcoming local residents and organizations concerned with environmental issues for the relaunch of their Green Drinks event series.
In an effort to celebrate Maryland Wine Month and to highlight local winemakers, Janna Howley of the Maryland Wineries Association attended the event and shared local wine! Featuring samples of wines from Boordy Vineyards, Cabin Vineyard, Philosophy Winery & Vineyards, and Romano Vineyard & Winery, the Maryland Wineries Association showcased a variety of wines from wineries of various sizes and business models. The event also had a selection of wines available for purchase from Old Westminster Winery.
