“I went to visit my second winery/vineyard on the Legacy Wine Trail on Saturday. Janemark Winery & Vineyard (JWV) is located on a farm on Baden Naylor Road in Brandywine. The tasting room is in a revitalized tobacco barn. It has a comfortable farm feel…a barn with a chandelier! Perfect! There are plenty of seating options, from tables and chairs to couches.
The best part of my visit was meeting Jane (Jane of Janemark). She spent a lot of time with me and my friend, telling us about the winery’s beginnings and giving us a tasting of their current wines.
