Mark your calendars for the 40th Maryland Wine Festival, set to take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 11 am to 5 pm, at the picturesque Carroll County Farm Museum in Westminster, MD.

This year’s festival promises to be a celebration like no other, featuring a unique blend of exquisite wines, delectable food, handcrafted artistry, and live music.”
Attendees can explore the Main Field, where they’ll find a diverse selection of Maryland wineries offering tastings of their finest vintages. For those seeking a deeper wine experience, the Maryland Wine Explorer Village invites guests to uncover hidden gems and unique varietals, all while engaging with passionate winemakers and learning about their portfolios of locally grown offerings.
The Maryland Wine Festival is not just about wine – it’s a full-sensory celebration of the local culture. Over four dozen carefully curated food and craft vendors will be on hand, offering a delectable array of culinary delights and handcrafted treasures. Live music will provide the perfect backdrop for a day of enjoyment, creating an atmosphere of pure festivity.

DrinkMaryland Centreville
DrinkMaryland is a summer event showcasing Maryland makers, local producers, artisans, and musicians. The event is free to attend and feels like an open-air market. Tasting passes can be ordered in advance to sample locally-made wine, beer, and spirits.
We return to the beautiful Queen Anne’s County Courthouse Square on June 15. The event is located between Lawyers Row and Broadway in downtown Centreville.
Vendors will operate from 12-5 PM in this location.

Lynn Routzahn is one of the most prolific performing songwriter- singer/songwriters in the four state area. He has continuously performed for over 52 years since 1971. His collection of writings is available on Youtube, CD Baby, Amazon music, I-Tunes, and Spotify. One of his songs (“We Are The People”) won honorable mention in the 1994 Washington Area Songwriter’s Association in 1994. The album “RedHawk: A Civil War Journal” was co-written with Ken Postalwait of Seguin Texas and is distributed worldwide on Amazon, I-Tunes, CD Baby etc, and a NEW album is imminent. Lynn recently wrote the official song for the town of Keedysville’s 250th anniversary with a special copy buried in a time capsule by the town . Lynn has performed for over 52 years everywhere from the “Dog Patch” to THE WHITE HOUSE (yes the one at 1600 PA Ave). He has opened for and/or performed with more than a few notable artists (Stella Parton, Jack Green, Bill Anderson, , Molly Hatchet, Holly Dunn, Kim Parent, Chris Knight). His live performance a mix of the best music of all time along with his original material. His incredible vocal ability and unique accomplished guitar style are beautifully presented. Energy and exuberance abound in his performance and the joy he emits is contagious! His performances have been described as “uplifting”, “positive”, and simply a “darn good time”!
