C-O is an intensely flavored Port- style dessert wine. It is full-bodied and rich, with complex aromas of bittersweet dark Chocolate, with a hint of ripe orange and marmalade flavors. Excellent sipped in a comfortable chair by the fire, it is also delicious with nuts and cheese, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream for a completely decadent after-dinner treat. Charis's C-O [chocolate orange] dessert wine will age for several years, evolving and showing complex layers of flavor over time.

This high-alcohol specialty red wine is made from the French hybird Chancellor grape which is rich and full-bodied with deep dark ruby color and vibrant aromas of plum and cedar, along with fresh fruit flavors from the 20% blend of Shiraz! Experience the light blend of Vanilla, Wildflowers and a hint of Ceylon Cinnamon that excite the taste buds! Complexity is added by aging with American White Oak.

This Moscato grape provides succulent and juicy tropical flavors, there's lots to love about a rich medium bodied Mosscato. Blushed with just a hint of Shiraz. Best served chilled or over frozen fruit.

A special combination of sweet wild field berries blended with the delicious red Shiraz to create a wonderfully jammy fruity treat, with mellow spicy accents.

Deep crisp flavors and rich aromas with fruity, lush tropical notes such as pineapple. Finishes very clean and pairs well with seafood, chicken, and creamy pastas. Serve chilled or over frozen fruit.

A delicious Barbera red wine with deep rich color and elegant aromas and flavors of strawberry, dark cherry, blackberry and a finish of rich vanilla and zesty spice. Pair with rich dark meats, mushrooms, herbs, herbaceous cheeses like blue cheese, higher tannin foods like root vegetables & braised greens.

An elegant Red Zinfandel with deep ruby-cherry color, bursting with dark berry flavors and hints of oak spice, pepper and vanilla providing a pleasing finish reminiscent of the days of old riding a powerful steam locomotive!

An intense ripe grape and black cherry aroma, accented by a slight hint of spice. Medium-bodied and rich but not heavy, it's perfectly balanced with alcohol acid and tannin working harmoniously with substantial flavor despite its delicacy. It has an appealing soft, velvety texture like liquid silk gently caressing the palate.

A dry Chardonnay that has been aged with Eastern European oak from Slovakia. This delicious Chardonnay's oak tannins are soft and the wine's fruit is brought forward. One will also notice a component of spice with a sweet creamy vanilla character.
