Sweet, ice style-wine. Late Harvest Vidal Blanc has notes of honeysuckle, ripe pear, and melon. Harvested after the first fall frost. Hand-picked on November 11th with a sugar at harvest of 27.8 Brix, this late harvest wine was then cryoextracted to 39.5 Brix. Residual sugar of 22 Brix gives this wine a supple sweetness intertwined with notes of honeysuckle, ripe melons, pears, and vanilla.

This wine tastes just like spiced apples or apple pie. Made with 100% apples spiced with cinnamon and cloves. The perfect fireside companion to warm up on a chilly evening. Served warm, this wine will fill your home with the aroma of freshly baked apple pie.

Sweet, lower alcohol (8%) dessert wine, with honeysuckle and white fruit aromas. This wine comes in a 375ml (half) bottle.

Luminé Brut. Estate Bottled. Refreshingly spritsy, this lightly carbonated brut has a delicate floral and citrus bouquet. Lemon zest, peach, and lilac intertwine brilliantly into the fresh and lively finish.

This medium bodied semi-sweet wine is produced from ripe blackberries. This wine is full of flavors and aromas of the fully ripened fruit.

Our Profondità is barrel-aged for balanced harmonization of the rich cocoa powder, toasted hazelnuts, and sweet caramel aromas. This wine is fortified by the addition of a neutral grape spirit to stop the fermentation, leaving residual sugar and creating a port-style wine.

Limited Release – Bella Luce, or beautiful light, is named after our mother and co-founder of the winery, Lucille Aellen. This semi-sweet sparkling wine, with bright notes of ripe melons and fresh citrus, easily elevates your outing or an evening with family and friends.

Although native to the country of Georgia, we have found that Saperavi grows lusciously on our fertile soils in central Maryland. This medium-bodied wine is rich in aromas of the darkest blueberries, vibrant blackberries, and subtle vanilla notes with ending with a smooth finish.

ESTATE BOTTLED. ( Bah-che-o-nee) in Italian means “ A Big Kiss”. A light red blend of Chambourcin, Barbara, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Berry nose gives way to a combination of red fruit, white pepper, and oak with floral notes.

This Chardonnay was fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve and accentuate the bright floral aromas and crisp apple notes. The balanced acidity combined with a round finish indulges the senses with every sip.

In the tradition of ancient Kings, our Medieval Mead recreates the honey wine of the Renaissance.

ESTATE BOTTLED. Aria is an off-dry white wine, with heavy floral aromas with notes of pear, peach, and nectarine.

Named for Maryland, the seventh state, this delicate blend entices the senses with notes of strawberries, raspberries, and Honeycrisp apples. A delightfully smooth mouthfeel ends with a balanced crispness that pairs perfectly with appetizers, soft cheeses, and fresh fruit.

ESTATE BOTTLED. A medium-bodied red with vanilla and berry nose that is smooth with deep berry flavors that mingle with vanilla to create a versatile dinner red.

Since 1972, we have always had a dog at the vineyard. You might remember our lovable Chesapeake Bay retrievers, “Tiffany” and “Tugger”. Off-dry and heavy-bodied with pronounced tannin and oak influence, create a bold wine with a firm structure.

ESTATE BOTTLED. A full-bodied wine with hints of deep red fruits melded with the complexity of subtle oak aromas. This vintage has been aged in barrels for 16 months, producing a softer and more velvety finish with integrated tannins. Petit Verdot 2021 can be consumed now, or held for up to 10 years.

ESTATE BOTTLED. Our first ever varietal estate bottled Cabernet Franc. Bright fruit and spices with a soft entry and midpalate. Medium-bodied. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, this complex wine has nuances of toast, black cherry, and red licorice. A round mouthfeel ends with an enjoyable robust finish.

Our Albariño Reserve has a bright floral nose that mingles with notes of pear, peach & fresh apricot, and ends with a round crispness.

ESTATE BOTTLED. Crisp citrus nose leading to a refreshing, light bodied wine with lively acidity throughout. Similar to Pinot Grigio.
