Natty Ferm is a cidery that combines both old world, and innovative, techniques. Our cidery places emphasis on small batch natural fermentations, barrel fermentation, and barrel aging using cider specific heirloom apples and fruit grown organically on site. At Natty Ferm we craft products that are all-natural, vegan, chemical- and gluten-free. We avoid additives and industrialized processes such as pasteurization, filtering, and fining. We use native wild yeast and locally sourced, high quality ingredients. Natty Ferm believes in environmentally friendly and socially conscious concepts through reusing, reducing and giving back to our local community.
