2015 Autumn FrostWhite Wine
This naturally sweet dessert wine has aromatics of sweet honey and dried fruit with a lusciously rich palate of pineapple, apricot and raisin flavors with a fresh acidity.
The Vidal grapes that we used in our Autumn Frost were left on the vine until the first frost of the fall. This helped to concentrate the sugars and flavors. Some of the berries had shriveled into sweet raisins by the time we harvested the clusters which added to the high sugar content. This wine consists of 100% natural sugar from the grapes, we add zero sugar during the winemaking process.
