We have clone 95 and 96 of Chardonnay. We will have about 8 tons (4 foot spacing for our vines planted in 2008, over 2000 vines). We will harvest them in the middle of September, and we expect a Brix of around 20, weather and the good lord permitting!
$1800 a ton.
