Dodon's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is produced from two French Sauvignon clones grown on the vineyard's north slope, in a parcel consisting of marine sediments and compacted oyster shells that enhance minerality.
Harvested by hand in late August, the fruit is pressed, and the wine is fermented and raised in French oak barrels, 30% new, for 11 months with periodic batonnage. 127 cases bottled in July 2024.

Dodon's Rhizome blend is a blend of eight hand-selected barrels from the 2021 vintage.
183 cases bottled in August 2023. 48% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, 26% Petit Verdot.
Dodon's Reserve Rose 2024 is made from hand-harvested Cabernet Franc grapes from the South vineyard. Picked on September 3, the whole clusters were gently pressed, and the juice was fermented in stainless steel until dry and aged sur lie for five months.
