Our 2020 Rolling Hills is filled with dark fruit flavors of cherry, cranberry, and plum as well as earthy notes that express the soil in our vineyard. This medium-bodied Bordeaux-style blend has a peppery finish and smooth tannins that keep you coming back for more.

C-O is an intensely flavored Port- style dessert wine. It is full-bodied and rich, with complex aromas of bittersweet dark Chocolate, with a hint of ripe orange and marmalade flavors. Excellent sipped in a comfortable chair by the fire, it is also delicious with nuts and cheese, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream for a completely decadent after-dinner treat. Charis's C-O [chocolate orange] dessert wine will age for several years, evolving and showing complex layers of flavor over time.
This high-alcohol specialty red wine is made from the French hybird Chancellor grape which is rich and full-bodied with deep dark ruby color and vibrant aromas of plum and cedar, along with fresh fruit flavors from the 20% blend of Shiraz! Experience the light blend of Vanilla, Wildflowers and a hint of Ceylon Cinnamon that excite the taste buds! Complexity is added by aging with American White Oak.
This Moscato grape provides succulent and juicy tropical flavors, there's lots to love about a rich medium bodied Mosscato. Blushed with just a hint of Shiraz. Best served chilled or over frozen fruit.
